Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Production Head for its Baarle-Nassau, Netherlands site to lead the Production Unit in ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, at least 10 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, and solid operational management expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven experience leading quality, compliance, safety, and operational performance.

• Oversee all manufacturing operations for strong performance.
