Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an entry-level Operations Support Associate in Leiden to support daily operational activities within a GMP-regulated environment. You will follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery, contributing to continuous improvement and professional development in a global healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have an MBO-2 diploma with relevant experience or a related background, Dutch or English at B1 level, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• MBO-2 diploma with at least 18 months relevant work experience, or a non-relevant MBO-2 diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• B1 level proficiency in Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational and administrative tasks according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy, quality, and achievement of production targets.
• Follow SOPs and GMP to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Support the processing of ingredients and pharmaceutical products while adhering to standardized workflows and activity processes.
• Document daily activities, monitor performance against targets, and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
• Take ownership of required training activities and ensure all learning requirements are completed on time.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment by supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Overview

Requirements

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

€34.200,00 - €50.600,00
