Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Site Commercialization Project Manager (SCPM) to oversee end-to-end launch and lifecycle activities for Amgen products. You will own the End-to-End Launch Plan, coordinate with Regional Operations Leads and Senior Alliance Managers, and drive cross-functional collaboration with QA, RA, Production, and Supply Chain teams.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, project governance, and operational excellence to ensure timely launches, variations, and lifecycle management across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Experience in project management and large cycle management.
• Experience in supplier management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain Change Control Management system for Launch executions and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure Change Controls align with procedures and timelines.
• Lead Product Lifecycle Team (PLT) meetings and manage launch plans.
• Execute Supply Chain projects and business cases (SKU management, pack configuration).
• Develop charters, facilitate workshops, and support regional operations leaders as needed.
• Communicate metrics and status updates to ABR Site and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure best-practice sharing across teams.
