Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Business Analyst HP MIDI to develop analytics and insights across the Human Pharma MIDI region. You will manage data-related processes, regional forecasting, and PMR, delivering market insights to shape brand strategy.

Based in Amsterdam, you will report to the Head of Business Excellence HP MIDI. You will partner with stakeholders, ensure KPI governance, and drive forecasting processes while supporting local MIDI OPU projects with data-driven guidance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance or Marketing (MBA or another advanced degree is a plus)
• Around 4 years of experience in a business analysis role
• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
• Experience in digital marketing analytics (web analysis, conversion funnel, customer experience)
• Outstanding analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Agile professional with ability to inspire, multi-task and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in international matrix organizations
• Experience with primary/secondary research and data analysis tools (Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Analyze brand/market performance & customer experience from diverse data sources and provide actionable recommendations
• Act as consultant for senior management and collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights and build analytics capabilities
• Define and track KPIs to monitor GTM transformation and measure impact of activities
• Provide short and long-term forecasts for brand performance with alternative scenarios
• Define and govern regional forecasting processes and models
• Communicate and train on processes and models across the MIDI region
• Coordinate field research for MIDI OPUs and local PMR projects
• Collaborate across MIDI countries to coordinate primary market research
• Analyze PMR results to derive conclusions and actions
