Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks an experienced energy consultant to contribute to hydrogen, carbon capture, and energy transition initiatives. You will work with asset teams, applying analytics and AI to optimize operations and unlock value across upstream, midstream, and new business builds.

You will be based in Amsterdam or London and collaborate with diverse teams to drive performance and transformational change for energy clients globally.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in petroleum engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in energy with focus on hydrogen, carbon capture, and related topics.
• Experience applying advanced analytics or AI to energy domains is a plus.
• Strong project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
