Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a Level 3 CIMSPA-qualified Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality one-to-one sessions, develop programming plans, and guide members toward their goals. You will grow your client base through a three-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses.

About the Role

The role delivers high-quality personal training sessions, develops programming plans, and guides members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals. The role holder is supported in growing their client base through a three-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses. Team members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the employer does. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Develop programming plans for clients.
• Guide members in the gym environment.
• Support members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Grow and maintain a client base.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification required to apply.
• A passion for health and fitness, with the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• A passion for customer service.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week for one-to-one training sessions.

Salary

• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session, rising to £21 per session from the 16th session each week.
