Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and design coaching plans within a premium health and wellness group. The role includes guiding members in the gym and helping them reach fitness goals, with a three-day induction and ongoing CPD to grow your client base.

The position offers flexible hours, free club membership for you and family, and access to 400+ CPD courses plus holiday pay, with a minimum 25 hours per week.

About the Role

The Personal Trainer will deliver high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans, and guide members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals. The role is part of a premium health and wellness group whose team members are described as ambassadors of the business. The employer will support growing the trainer's client base through a three-day PT induction and continued professional development courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Deliver one-to-one (121) training sessions.
• Design and implement programming plans for members.
• Guide members in the gym environment.
• Support members in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours a week.

Salary

• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session, and £21 per session from the 16th session each week.
