Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym to achieve their goals.

We offer a 3-day PT induction, ongoing CDP courses, and a supportive environment where you can grow your client base with flexible hours and family-friendly perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 CIMSPA qualification
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members
• Excellent communication and interaction skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions with programme plans
• Guide members to achieve fitness goals in gym sessions
• Support members with motivation and progression planning

Job description

Would you like to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group? Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the look out for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team! As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.

We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

Some of our perks:

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)
