Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker for its in-office branch in Holland, Michigan. You will build and deepen the customer base through proactive sales and service, guiding clients to PNC solutions and driving loyalty.

You will work with ecosystem partners to expand share of wallet, deliver a full PNC conversation at every client touchpoint, and help customers manage financial transactions using available technology and resources.

• Drives proactive sales conversations using a defined process and outbound interactions.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows client share of wallet with differentiated service.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
