Job summary

Elfsquad is seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Lead to own search, paid social, and display campaigns for manufacturers with complex, configurable products. You’ll balance budget optimization, KPI-driven testing, and collaboration with Growth and AI teams to drive qualified leads.

You’ll also own the SEO strategy and website optimization, using data and AI tools to speed insights while maintaining brand and quality. Strong English required; Dutch/German/Polish a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid campaigns for manufacturers or complex B2B environments.
• Hands-on SEO and ownership of website optimization.
• Proficient in GA, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot.
• Experience with attribution, reporting, and ROI-focused optimization.
• Strong English communication; Dutch/German/Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own performance strategy and execution across search, paid social, and display.
• Set budgets, test frameworks, and ensure ROI alignment with pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketer and AI GTM Engineer to align messaging.
• Own SEO strategy and website optimization to turn visitors into leads.
• Report on marketing KPIs and stay abreast of AI-driven optimization trends.
