Job summary

WeTravel is seeking a People Partner to own the full people partnership for our GTM org—Commercial, CX and Finance/Ops—across the US, LATAM, and APAC. You’ll support 10 senior leaders and 250 WeTravellers, shaping org design, compensation, and talent decisions to fuel growth.

You will partner with leadership to implement programs, manage complex ER matters, and lead manager enablement. This role offers global scope, cross‑functional impact, and a hands-on, product‑team style of People work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience advising Directors/VPs/C-level leaders in scaling orgs.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance, and org design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise GTM leaders on comp, promotions, and talent decisions with data support.
• Lead headcount planning, role scoping and hiring strategies across multiple regions.
• Own compliance considerations across time zones and employment laws.
• Drive change management and communication for company-wide people initiatives.
