Job summary

Parfumado Group is seeking a People & Office intern to learn HR and office management within a fast-growing scale-up. Youll take real ownership of tasks and be guided by your supervisor, gaining hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle and office operations.

Youll contribute to onboarding, recruitment, HR administration, events, and daily workplace management in a dynamic team of ~70. A monthly internship allowance is provided, with flexible start from February 2027.

Qualifications

• Studying HRM or related field at HBO/university level.
• Internship or graduation internship of at least 5 months, 4–5 days a week.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage onboarding and offboarding tasks for new staff.
• Support recruitment: post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews.
• Assist with HR administration and maintenance of personnel files.
• Help organise office operations, supplies, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate events and team activities to foster culture.
• Provide general HR and office support under the HR manager.
