The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities include advisory roles, policy development, and management of HR processes. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor laws required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor on People & Culture issues.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage absenteeism and coordinate operational HR tasks.
• Develop and implement HR policies.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
