About the role:

We have ambitious plans for growth. As a People & Culture Project Manager, you will work with the Head of People and Culture to help build a scalable function for a growing international consultancy. The role offers genuine ownership, visible impact and the chance to contribute to exciting projects across the business.

This role can be offered at 32-40 hours per week and is on an Interim basis for 6 months.

People & Culture Development:
  • Improve HR policies, processes and ways of working to support organisational growth.

  • Run key People & Culture initiatives, including:

    • implementing our new company values
    • optimizing our compensation & benefits framework
    • strengthening performance and talent management
    • running employee satisfaction surveys
    • improving the employee journey.
International HR Operations:
  • Strengthen our international HR practices and coordinate international HR topics, including mobility and local employment requirements, working with internal and external specialists.

  • Support acquisitions and the integration of new teams.

WHAT YOU BRING :

You are an experienced People & Culture professional who combines strong business partnering skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. You enjoy building relationships, are comfortable challenging others when needed and can independently turn ideas into solutions that work in practice.

In addition you bring:

  • 8-10 years of broad HR experience, gained in consultancy or another fast-paced environment, with experience working across multiple European countries.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of HR policies, compensation frameworks, and performance or talent management.
  • Strong project management skills. You can build and improve HR foundations and create practical processes, structures, and ways of working that help organisations scale and perform.
