Magnus Energy is seeking a People & Culture Partner to drive HR initiatives in a scale-up setting. You will combine hands-on business partnering with shaping and improving how People & Culture operates across Magnus Energy.
We seek 5–7 years of HR experience in consultancy or fast-paced contexts, with strong Dutch employment knowledge and fluency in English and Dutch. International collaboration and growth opportunities are offered.
