Job summary

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading international consulting firm to hire a Medior / Senior Pension Consultant (Dutch Speaking) in the Netherlands. The position is based in Rotterdam or Amstelveen with hybrid work arrangements.

You will advise pension funds and corporate clients, perform actuarial analyses, prepare client reports, and manage project work with a focus on stakeholder engagement. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Pension Consulting, Pension Advisory, Actuarial Consulting, Employee Benefits Consulting, or Pension Fund Advisory.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise pension funds and corporate clients on pension topics.
• Perform actuarial calculations, pension analyses, and strategic assessments.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with pension funds, administrators, employers and partners.
