Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Project/Product Manager for PSP and payment integrations, based in the Netherlands. You will lead end-to-end integration projects with PSPs, gateways, and acquiring partners, coordinating across Product, Engineering, QA, and external providers.

You will shape priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure reliable delivery of complex payment flows. You will review API documentation, configure test sandboxes, and drive production launches with post-release

Qualifications

• Hands-on with PSPs, payment gateways, acquiring, or payment processing.
• Experience taking payment integrations from provider docs through testing and production launch.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, request/response logic, webhooks, authentication and API keys.
• Knowledge of deposits, payouts, transaction statuses, sandbox environments, error handling and troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across Product, Development, QA, business teams and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PSP integrations from init to production launch and stabilization.
• Review API documentation and integration flows including authentication and webhooks.
• Translate integration requirements into actionable tasks for Development and QA.
• Coordinate credentials, environments, merchant configuration, dependencies, blockers, testing, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, stakeholders and external providers to keep integrations on track.
• Oversee sandbox, staging, and production testing and post-release stabilization when required.
• Manage the payment integration backlog in Jira with Epics, Tasks and priorities.
• Plan delivery timelines and team capacity while tracking risks and dependencies.
• Maintain integration documentation in Confluence.
• Contribute to prioritization decisions around providers and methods.
• Apply knowledge of payment lifecycles and financial flows to support delivery.
