Job summary

Lanza Jobs is recruiting a Pastry Chef for Sevenum in the Netherlands. You will prepare and finish flans and pastries, following production schedules and quality guidelines. Join a team focused on high hygiene standards and craftsmanship in a dynamic bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pastry chef or affinity with the bakery sector is required.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch, English, or German.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and finishing various types of flans and pastries.
• Working according to production schedules and quality guidelines.
• Processing ingredients and raw materials for different products.
• Decorating and finishing pastries with cream, chocolate, and other ingredients.
• Cleaning machines, work areas, and production lines.
• Collaborating with colleagues to successfully complete daily production.
• Working according to HACCP guidelines and hygiene regulations.
