Job summary

Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V. is seeking a Parts Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in the Netherlands. You will help with receiving, storing, and dispatching parts while maintaining accuracy across documentation and invoices.

The role requires basic English, ability to perform warehouse tasks, and eligibility to work in the Netherlands. Prior experience with inventory and ERP/WMS systems is beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic English for daily tasks.
• Experience booking parts in and out, inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Experience with parts administration and warehouse operations.
• Able to perform manual warehouse tasks, lift heavy items, and stand/walk long hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, check, and record incoming parts deliveries and invoices.
• Assist the Parts Supervisor with warranty claims and parts administration.
• Support daily parts receiving and dispatch operations.
• Carry out system operations, inventory management, and warehouse support tasks.
