Job summary

Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V. is seeking a Parts Assistant to support day-to-day flow of parts, receiving, storage, administration, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, dispatching orders, receiving deliveries and invoices, assisting with warranty claims, and maintaining inventory via ERP or WMS systems. English proficiency and eligibility to work in the Netherlands are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience booking parts in and out, performing inventory counts, and reporting inventory or parts discrepancies within parts or warehouse operations.
• Experience with parts administration.
• Physically capable of manual warehouse work, including lifting and organizing heavy items and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Basic English communication skills for daily work interactions.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to support a parts operation that helps keep equipment moving efficiently and reliably. As a Parts Assistant, you will play an important part in the day-to-day flow of parts through the business, helping maintain accuracy across receiving, storage, administration, and dispatch while supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations within machinery, construction equipment, automotive parts, industrial equipment, or related industries
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems
• Background in machinery, engineering machinery, or industrial equipment
• Ability to identify common mechanical parts, including hydraulic components, electrical parts, structural parts, and engine parts
• Familiarity with local Dutch logistics processes
• A valid Dutch forklift certificate
