Job summary

CuspAI is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build relationships and lead materials design engagements with partners in Europe. You will own the pipeline end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreements, working with scientists and product teams to shape collaborations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years selling to R&D, materials or chemicals, with a strong network and the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical leaders; willingness to travel regularly within Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships or BD roles selling to industrial R&D, materials or chemicals.
• Experience bringing digital R&D tools to scientific teams.
• Strong network among US industrial R&D and business leaders.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to scientists and leaders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
• Willingness to travel regularly within US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end pipeline across R&D and materials sectors.
• Negotiate terms and sign partnerships.
• Collaborate with scientists and PMs to tailor proposals.
• Represent CuspAI at industry events and conferences.
• Inform product and strategy with market feedback.
