Kanz 30, in partnership with Jobs for Humanity, seeks a skilled data platform lead to own end‑to‑end Salesforce Data Cloud delivery for partner data. You will connect Snowflake pipelines with Data Cloud governance to enable scalable activation across Marketing, Sales, Loyalty, and Experience Clouds.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of data ingestion and model objects.
• Proficiency in Snowflake (zero-copy, data sharing, streams).
• Mandate ETL/ELT, CDC, and streaming pipelines.
• Understanding of data quality monitoring and incident self-service.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Self-propelled problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Data ingestion and data model objects in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Building Snowflake pipelines (zero-copy, data sharing, streams).
• Implementing ETL/ELT, CDC, and streaming pipelines.
• Developing calculated insights and segmentation.
• Activating data to Marketing, Sales, Loyalty, and Experience Clouds.
• Monitoring data quality and maintaining incident runbooks.
• Providing cross-functional leadership and influence.
• Communicating proactively with stakeholders.
• Solving problems and owning operations.
