Job summary

Florazu is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Operator to support our flower warehouse operations at the partner site in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands. This role focuses on lifting, cart driving, order preparation and quality checks, on Mondays and Fridays, about 16 hours per week.

You will photograph occurrences, report issues, and keep areas tidy while learning practical warehouse tasks and safety procedures. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, carry and stand or walk for long periods.
• Available on-site Mondays and Fridays, approx. 16 hours per week.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Good spoken and written English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Able to photograph and report using a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry and move flower boxes.
• Drive warehouse carts and move products safely.
• Sort, label and prepare customer orders.
• Check incoming flowers for quality, condition, quantity and packaging.
• Compare shipments with orders and packing lists.
• Photograph and record damage, shortages or discrepancies.
• Report issues and coordinate with warehouse staff and Florazu’s teams.
• Keep the working area tidy and organised.
