Job summary

Celoria Recruitment Solutions is recruiting an Order Picker for a flower auction warehouse in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands. You will prepare orders, check quality, and handle flowers with care for clients across Europe. Accommodation is provided, and transport to work is facilitated. Shifts are day shifts, 32–48 hours per week, with a 6-month contract.

The role requires good Dutch and/or English, reliability, and team spirit in a cold warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable team player with a responsible work attitude.
• Clean criminal record certificate not older than 6 months from home country.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Willing to work 32–48 hours per week depending on planning.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands (EU passport/ID or Dutch permit).

Responsibilities

• Pick various types of flowers for bouquet arrangements.
• Prepare flower orders according to client specifications.
• Check different flowers and bouquets for quality.
• Make sure orders are prepared accurately and ready for clients across Europe.
• Work in a cold warehouse environment used for flower storage.
• Handle flowers and plants carefully to protect quality.
• Work together with a large, international and multicultural team.
• Follow workplace instructions and quality standards.
• Support the daily order picking and preparation process when needed.
