PAL Airlines is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Goose Bay, NL. You will assist customers through booking, check-in, boarding and deplaning while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication and a team-oriented approach to deliver top-notch service from origin to destination. Candidates with at least 1 year in a busy customer service setting and bilingual English/French abilities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in fast-paced customer service.
• Fluently English and French is an asset.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and strong problem solving.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible to work all shifts and adapt to scheduling fluctuations.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with all phases of booking, check-in, boarding and deplaning following policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe movement of passengers to and from aircraft and provide extra assistance as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service to travellers at all times.
• Collaborate with PAL Airlines team on new customer service initiatives.
• Perform administrative duties and reporting related to operations of scheduled and charter flights.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive end-to-end travel experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
