Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a part-time paralegal to cover maternity leave for approximately six months. You will join our dynamic Legal team, supporting HQ and hotel teams with day-to-day legal issues, reviewing supplier contracts and guest requests, and drafting commercial contracts, addenda and NDAs.

You’ll work at our Amsterdam office. This hands-on role offers exposure to a fast-growing hospitality brand, requires a structured, commercially minded approach, excellent English and native Dutch,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or trainee.
• Hands-on, structured, commercially minded approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Step in as maternity cover for ~6 months.
• Support HQ and hotel teams with day-to-day legal issues, including reviewing supplier contracts and guest requests.
• Draft commercial contracts, addenda and NDAs.
• Maintain Legal SharePoint and Contract Lifecycle Management system; upload contracts for signature; assist with corporate housekeeping and compliance (KYC/UBO).
• Work part-time, two or three days per week (to be agreed).
• Work at our office in Amsterdam.
