Job summary

Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor to join the Front Desk night team from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, 2–3 nights per week. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, ensure accuracy of settlements, and uphold the brand’s service standards.

The role offers a night allowance, meal stipend per shift, and development opportunities while you contribute to a welcoming, secure guest experience across the night hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of guest service experience in a hotel front desk.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Able to work night shifts and weekends.
• Professional appearance and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out processes during night hours.
• Maintain front desk operations and guest safety.
• Process payments and foreign currencies per policy.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
• Upsell hotel services when appropriate.
