Job summary

Daifuku seeks an experienced HR Administrator in Hoofddorp to maintain accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, handling onboarding, offboarding, contracts and records with precision.

You will support recruitment, ensure Schiphol pass compliance and help streamline processes in a multilingual, international team of about 150 colleagues across Hoofddorf, Germany and Japan.

Qualifications

• 32 hours per week availability and HR administration experience.
• At least 3 years in HR administrative roles, handling full cycle HR tasks.
• Excellent administrative skills with accuracy and structured approach.
• Fluent Dutch and English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding/offboarding, contracts and payroll changes.
• Prepare employment contracts, addenda and HR correspondence.
• Maintain up-to-date digital personnel records.
• Handle sickness notifications and return-to-work registrations.
• Monitor contract expiry dates, leaves and probation periods.
• Assist with Schiphol Airport access passes and security steps.
• Support recruitment, post vacancies and schedule interviews.
• Review and tidy HR administration for consistency.
