Job summary

Belsimpel BV in Groningen is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join Gomibo’s international team. You will work 12-16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling across email and calls, and participate in an onboarding program.

You will be fluent in German and English (Dutch understanding is a plus). You provide personal, independent advice without sales targets and help customers choose devices and resolve issues throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English; Dutch understanding a plus.
• Studying at HBO/University level.
• Available 12-16 hours per week.
