Job summary

ARKET is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to warmly greet customers and embody the heart of our brand. You will provide high-level service from conversations to checkout, assist with fittings, stock replenishment, and merchandising, and help deliver a seamless shopping journey.

Prior retail experience is nice but not mandatory; training will be provided. This is a part-time role with varied hours, including evenings and weekends, offering an engaging environment and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver high-level service at every touchpoint.
• Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise garments on the floor.
• Guide customers through their journey with warmth and proactive service.
• Collaborate with the team to create welcoming moments that showcase the brand.
