Job summary

DHL Express in de Netherlands zoekt een parcel delivery driver in de regio Nieuw-Vennep. U start ’s ochtends op een depot, bereidt uw route voor en levert zelfstandig pakketten af bij bedrijven en particulieren.

U levert 50–80 pakketten per dag, laadt de vrachtwagen zelf in en bepaalt uw route via een route-app. De functie vereist een geldig rijbewijs B en woon- of woonachtig nabij Nieuw-Vennep.

• Reside near Nieuw-Vennep, within commuting distance.
• Comfortable delivering 50-80 parcels daily with precision.

Over de functie

As a parcel delivery driver, you are responsible for delivering parcels safely and on time to both business and private customers in the Nieuw-Vennep region. You start your day at the depot, prepare your route and load your delivery van independently.

Your activities as a parcel delivery driver consist of:

• Delivering parcels to 50 to 80 business and private addresses per day
• Loading the delivery van independently and organizing parcels efficiently
• Planning and driving routes with support from a route app
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along the route
• Keeping the delivery van clean, safe and well organized

As a parcel delivery driver, you work 3 or 4 days per week with no weekend shifts. Your day starts at 8:00 or 9:30, depending on whether you need to sort parcels beforehand, and it ends around 19:00.

Wat bieden we jou

• Gross hourly wage between €16.60 and €21.58, based on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible workweek of 24-40 hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way) and 8% holiday allowance.
• 23 vacation days and a 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB) based on a 40-hour workweek.
