Job summary

DHL Express Netherlands zoekt een Parcel Delivery Driver die dagelijks 50-80 pakketten bezorgt in de Nieuw-Vennep regio. Je start op de depots, bereidt je route voor en laadt de bestelwagen zelfstandig in. Dit is een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vaste aanstelling.

Je werkt 4 dagen per week zonder weekenddiensten, met werktijden van 08:00 tot 19:00. Beschikbaarheid en klantgerichtheid zijn essentieel voor een succesvolle dienst.

Qualifications

• Engels (vloeiend) vereist.
• Rijbewijs B met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring.
• Woon near Nieuw-Vennep, binnen woon-werkafstand.
• Beschikbaar 3-4 dagen per week, 08:00-19:00.
• VOG kan vereist zijn.

Responsibilities

• Pakketten leveren bij 50-80 adressen per dag.
• Pakketjes laden van de wagen en zelf organiseren.
• Route plannen en rijden met een route-app.
• Pakketten ophalen bij klanten onderweg.
• Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel adviseren tijdens afleveringen.

Over de functie

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you deliver parcels safely and on time to business and private customers in the Nieuw-Vennep region. You start your day at the depot, prepare your route and load the delivery van independently. This is a temporary contract with a prospect for the future.

Your activities consist of:

• Delivering parcels to 50 to 80 business and private addresses per day
• Loading the delivery van independently and organizing parcels efficiently
• Planning and driving routes with support from a route app
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along the route
• Keeping the delivery van clean, safe and well organized
• Providing friendly and professional customer service during deliveries

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you work 4 days per week without weekend shifts. Your working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00, giving you structure and consistency in your schedule.

• Gross hourly wage between €16.60 and €21.58, based on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible workweek of 24-40 hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way) and 8% holiday allowance.
• 23 vacation days and a 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB) based on a 40-hour workweek.

• Valid driver's license B with 2+ years of experience.
