Job summary

DHL Express zoekt een Parcelsbezorger in de regio Nieuw-Vennep/Hoofddorp. Je levert dagelijks 50–80 pakketten bij bedrijven en particulieren met een bedrijfswagen en route-app. Je werkt zelfstandig op de weg en voert praktische logistieke taken uit, met regelmatig klantcontact.

Je hebt een B-rijbewijs, woont nabij Nieuw-Vennep, en werkt 3–4 dagen per week van 08:00 tot 19:00. De functie is tijdelijk met prospect op vast dienstverband bij DHL Express.

Qualifications

• Vereisten: rijbewijs B met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring.
• Klantcontact en certificaat van goed gedrag (VOG) vereist.
• Woonachtig nabij Nieuw-Vennep/Hoofddorp.
• In staat dagelijks 50–80 pakketten te bezorgen.
• Beschikbaar 3–4 dagen per week van 08:00–19:00.

Responsibilities

Over de functie

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you are responsible for delivering parcels safely and on time to business and private customers. You start your working day at the depot in Nieuw?'Vennep, where you independently prepare your route and load the delivery van.

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you work efficiently using a route app and ensure all deliveries are completed accurately throughout the day. You combine independent work on the road with practical logistics tasks and regular customer contact.

Your activities consist of:

• Delivering parcels to 50 to 80 business and private addresses per day
• Independently loading the delivery van and organizing parcels efficiently
• Planning and driving routes with support from a route app
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along the route
• Ensuring the delivery van remains clean, safe and well organized

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you work four days per week without weekend shifts. Working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00, providing structure and consistency in your schedule.

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will receive a temporary contract with a prospect for the future in an active and independent role within a dynamic logistics environment.

• A gross hourly salary between €16.60 and €21.58, based on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position at DHL Express.
• A flexible workweek of 24 to 40 hours, with shifts between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 5 km one-way).
• 8% holiday allowance, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek.
