Job summary

DHL Express is op zoek naar een bezorger die dagelijks pakketten levert aan bedrijven en particulieren vanuit het depot in de regio Nieuw-Vennep. Je bent het gezicht van DHL en draagt bij aan een uitstekende klantenservice.

Je werkt 3–4 dagen per week van 08:00 tot 19:00, met een flexibel werkschema. Rijervaring met rijbewijs B en het kunnen verkrijgen van een VOG zijn vereist. Daarnaast geldt een reiskostenvergoeding en kans op een vaste aanstelling.

Qualifications

• Rijbewijs B met minimaal 2 jaar rijervaring.
• Mogelijkheid om een verklaring van goed gedrag (VOG) te verkrijgen.
• Woonachtig nabij Nieuw-Vennep/Hoofddorp.
• Beschikbaar 3–4 dagen per week tussen 08:00–19:00.

Responsibilities

• 50–80 pakketten dagelijks leveren bij diverse adressen.
• Deze bestelwagen zelfstandig laden en logische indeling maken.
• Route plannen en navigeren, aanvankelijke ondersteuning via routeplanning.
• Pakketten ophalen bij klanten en bedrijven langs de route.
• Zorgdragen voor hoge servicegraad volgens DHL-normen.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering 50 to 80 parcels daily to various addresses with precision and care.
• Loading your delivery van independently, ensuring an efficient and logical layout.
• Planning and navigating your route, with initial support from a route-planning app.
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along your route.
• Maintaining a high standard of service, embodying DHL’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

• A gross hourly salary between €16.60 and €21.58, depending on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position at DHL Express.
• A flexible workweek of 24 to 40 hours, with shifts between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 5 km one-way).
• 8% holiday allowance, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek.
