Job summary

TrainMore is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to scale multi-brand campaigns across Europe from Amsterdam. You will own planning, execution, and optimization of paid social efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, leveraging automation, scripting, and AI tools to improve performance and throughput.

You will collaborate with Content, Brand, and Design to produce platform-native assets and ensure robust tracking.

Urban Gym Group is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to drive our paid social strategy, leverage cutting-edge automation and AI, and inspire thousands of people to join our fitness communities across Europe.

As our Paid Social Specialist, you will take full ownership of planning, executing, and scaling high-performing paid social campaigns across multiple brands, accounts, and regions (including the Netherlands, UK and Ireland). You’ll operate at the intersection of creative strategy and technical marketing: leveraging scripting, advanced automation, and next-gen AI tools to optimize campaign performance and content workflows. You will join our fast-paced Marketing Growth team in Amsterdam, working directly with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to accelerate member acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale end-to-end Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, and Snapchat for multiple brands and geographic regions.
• Implement and build automation workflows, custom scripting, and smart bidding strategies to streamline ad operations, dynamic creative testing, and budget allocation.
• Leverage AI-driven marketing tools for dynamic copy generation, creative iteration, audience targeting, and predictive performance analysis.
• Structure and maintain complex ad account architectures across multiple ad accounts and international markets.
• Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for ad creatives, hooks, landing pages, and custom audiences.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Brand, and Design teams to translate performance data into high-converting, platform-native video (UGC) and static ad assets.
• Ensure accurate tracking, event setups (Conversions API/Pixels), and attribution models across all social platforms in collaboration with the data team.
• Monitor daily campaign KPIs, deliver deep-dive performance reports, and spot emerging social and performance marketing trends.

You

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused Paid Social campaigns (Junior to Medior level).
• Proven, demonstrable track record and deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Hands-on experience or strong technical proficiency with scripting, marketing automation tools, and rules-based campaign management.
• Eagerness and experience in adopting AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for copy, Midjourney/HeyGen or AI creative platforms for ad variations).
• Experience managing and structuring multiple ad accounts across different regions/countries.
• Strong understanding of tracking fundamentals (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode).
• Data-oriented mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and reporting tools (like Looker Studio).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). Professional proficiency or fluency in Dutch is considered a strong advantage, but not a strict requirement.
• A proactive, growth-minded problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
