Job summary

Angi is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for the UK market, working in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam, NL. You will manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to drive profitability and ROAS, collaborating with Product and Analytics to deliver data-driven insights, while staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new paid search opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in Paid Search, strong English communication, and experience with budget management and reporting.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing.
Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

Steward the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analyzing performance to continually improve profitability and ROAS.
Partner with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.
Leverage AI tools and agents (e.g. Claude-based workflows, Google Ads Scripts automation) for campaign monitoring, reporting, and anomaly detection to work more efficiently and surface insights faster.
