Job summary

Angi is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager for the DE/AT market to drive growth with expertly managed Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, and to collaborate with Product and Analytics for advanced reporting and insights.

Requirements: 2–4 years in paid search, budget management, an analytical mindset, and fluent German and English. Hybrid role in the Netherlands with €50,000–€65,000 salary and benefits including home office setup allowance and regular team events.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of paid search marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, run ad copy tests, and monitor ROAS.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams for advanced reporting and insights.
• Monitor industry trends and test new strategies for paid search growth.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate reporting and surface insights.
