Job summary

Pink Gellac in Hilversum, The Netherlands, offers a Paid Media Internship starting January–February 2027, 32-40 hours per week. You will support the paid media team, create, manage and improve social ads, and learn how data drives growth.

Ideal candidates are creative, data-curious, fluent in English, and eager to learn. HBO or WO education, video editing skills, and comfort with spreadsheets are a plus.

Qualifications

• Available September to January, 32-40 hours per week.
• Currently pursuing HBO or WO education.
• Creative, motivated and eager to learn.
• Interested in paid media and social advertising.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Strong in video editing and social-first content.
• Up to date with trends on TikTok and Instagram.
• English fluency; Dutch/French/German a plus.
• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the paid media team in creating, managing and improving social ads.
• Assist with content planning and campaign set-ups.
• Analyze ad performance and identify optimisations.
• Contribute to creative concepts and hooks for campaigns.
