Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Digital Video & Audio Advertising Intern in Amsterdam to contribute to programmatic media planning and campaign optimization. You will work on projects for Dutch brands, gaining hands-on experience with data-driven optimization and cross-platform strategies.

You will collaborate with a fast-growing team, learn from experienced colleagues, and explore AI-powered tools to improve campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing HBO/WO degree in media/marketing/communications.
• Available from September 2026 for at least 5 months; 4/5 days per week.
• Passion for digital media, online marketing and data-driven campaigns.
• Analytical and eager to learn, able to derive insights from data.
• Team player with growth mindset and willingness to explore AI in media.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to with/assist in developing programmatic media plans for Video and Audio campaigns.
• Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms and analyze performance.
• Translate data into insightful reports to improve campaign efficiency.
• Proactively seek AI-driven improvements and tools to optimize processes.
