Job summary

Pink Gellac is offering a Campaign Internship in Hilversum, Netherlands, starting August/September 2026. You will join a creative team, supporting photo/video shoots and crafting engaging copy while refining visuals.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in HBO/WO programs, fluent in Dutch and English, and eager to contribute fresh ideas. The internship includes a monthly allowance and a vibrant, learn-by-doing environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an HBO (University of Applied Sciences) or WO degree programme.
• Available for a full semester, 32-40 hours per week.
• Creative, proactive and full of ideas.
• Confident working with visual content and editing tools.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French or German is a big plus).

Responsibilities

Are you ready to turn your love for campaigns, visuals and copy into something that truly stands out?

What will you do?

As a Campaign Intern, you’ll be a full part of our creative team. From supporting photo and video shoots to writing sparkling copy and fine-tuning visuals – you’ll be involved in every step of the campaign process. You’ll spot new ideas, bring fresh inspiration to the table and elevate visuals until they’re just right.

What do we ask of you?

• Available for a full semester, 32-40 hours per week
• Enrolled in an HBO (University of Applied Sciences) or academic (WO) degree programme
• Creative, proactive and full of ideas
• Confident working with visual content and editing tools
• Always on the lookout for inspiration and new campaign concepts
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French or German is a big plus!)
