Job summary

Padelplay is part of ve2ventures, a sports and media tech venture studio building and scaling ventures across sports and media tech. We're growing the padel ecosystem — and we need someone hands-on to keep our marketing engine running day to day.

This role offers real ownership from day one, exposure across a fast-moving sports tech venture studio, and mentorship from an experienced marketing and comms team. The position is hybrid, based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Currently studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Interest in sports, padel, or startups is a big plus.

What you'll do

Social scheduling: Help brainstorm content ideas, schedule, and publish content across Padelplay's social channels using our content calendar, keeping the posting cadence consistent.

Campaign support: Help out with the creation of marketing campaigns, from concept through execution.

Order support: Help process and track orders, coordinate with the ops team, and make sure customer-facing touchpoints run smoothly.

Content analytics & reporting: Pull performance data across social and campaigns, build simple recurring reports, and flag what's working (and what isn't).

Content coordination: Support the wider marketing team with asset organisation, copy tweaks, and campaign prep.

General marketing ops: Keep our tools, trackers, and workflows tidy so nothing slips through the cracks.

What we're looking for

Organised and detail-oriented — you like systems and don't drop the ball.

Comfortable with social platforms and scheduling tools.

A basic feel for numbers and reporting (spreadsheets don't scare you).

Clear communicator who can work independently and juggle parallel tasks.

Interest in sports, padel, or startups is a big plus.

Studying (or recently finished) marketing, communications, business, or similar.
