Marne Mosterd is seeking a line supervisor to ensure smooth production line operation in a two-shift environment. You will operate and set up packaging lines, restock materials, and maintain quality and safety standards.

You will train new colleagues, assist teammates, and resolve minor faults while coordinating with supervisors and the technical department when needed. A proactive, hands-on mindset is essential.

Are you a real go-getter and do you enjoy working with your hands? As a line supervisor, you ensure that our products are properly packaged on one of our production lines. You work with various types of packaging and are responsible for multiple packaging lines.

What are you going to do?

As a line supervisor, you ensure that your production line keeps running smoothly. You operate and set up the machines, but also actively participate in practical tasks such as restocking, checking, packing, and stacking. You maintain an overview, distribute the work, and monitor quality, safety, and productivity.

You assist colleagues and train new colleagues. You resolve minor malfunctions yourself whenever possible. You discuss major malfunctions or other problems with your supervisor or the technical department.

• A salary between €2.723,87 and €3.111,87 gross per month
• 12% shift allowance for working in two shifts
