As our new Line Operator, you are the captain of the production line! 🚢 You don't just watch the machines; you lead your team to success every single day. From the moment you start your shift, you ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be coaching your colleagues, spotting any deviations in the process before they even happen, and making sure the delicious meals are top-quality. It's a responsible job where your technical skills and leadership really make a difference!

Your main goals:

• Leading and coaching your enthusiastic team to reach the daily targets;
• Guiding the production process and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment (HACCP);
• Performing first-line maintenance to keep the line running smoothly;
