Jobster in Oudkarspel is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker voor de verpakking van snacks. Je werkt in een hecht team en draagt zorg voor kwaliteitsgericht verpakken en nauwkeurige productinspectie.

De functie kent twee ploegen: ochtend van 07:00–15:30 en avond van 15:30–00:00. Het salaris ligt rond €2.968,90/maand en kan bij meer uren en ervaring oplopen tot €3.276,64. Doorgroeien en trainingen worden aangeboden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in productie of met voedsel vereist.
• Oudkarspel als werkbasis en bereikbaarheid.
• Bereidheid tot dag- of avonddienst.

As a packer, you'll work closely with a cheerful and tight-knit team to package delicious snacks with care and precision. You'll make sure that your work result is as predictable as a serious, professional and high-quality service. With your sharp eye for detail, you'll inspect the products and ensure that only top-quality items leave the factory.

You'll be working in two shifts: the morning shift runs from 07:00 to 15:30, and the evening shift from 15:30 to 00:00. Both dutch and English speakers are welcome here! You'll be joining a positive team where teamwork and a pleasant atmosphere are key.

You'll start with an average monthly salary of € 2.968,90 based on a 37,5-hour workweek. Since you'll be working in shifts, your actual earnings may vary. The more shift hours you work, the more you'll earn. As you gain experience and grow in the role, your salary can increase up to a maximum of €3.276,64 per month.
