Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een pakkers in Oudkarspel voor de packing afdeling. Je werkt in een vriendelijke, steunende teamomgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat en je handvaardigheid en precisie gebruikt om snacks zorgzaam te verpakken.

Je werkt in twee shifts: ochtend 07:00–15:30 en avond 15:30–00:00. Je verdient gemiddeld €2.968,90 per maand bij een 37,5-urige week, met mogelijk meer uren en een maximum van €3.276,64 na ervaring.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in productie of voedselproductie.

As a packer, you’ll work closely with a cheerful and tight-knit team to package delicious snacks with care and precision. You’ll make sure that every product is neatly packed, maintaining the high standards customers expect. With your sharp eye for detail, you’ll inspect the products and ensure that only top-quality items leave the factory.

You’ll be working in two shifts: the morning shift runs from 07:00 to 15:30, and the evening shift from 15:30 to 00:00. Both dutch and English speakers are welcome here! You’ll be joining a positive team where teamwork and a pleasant atmosphere are key.

You’ll start with an average monthly salary of € 2.968,90 based on a 37,5-hour workweek. Since you’ll be working in shifts, your actual earnings may vary. The more shift hours you work, the more you’ll earn. As you gain experience and grow in the role, your salary can increase up to a maximum of €3.276,64 per month.
