Job summary

Jobster in Waddinxveen zoekt een gedreven Packer om maaltijden te verpakken volgens de voorgeschreven stappen en met zorg. Je werkt in een team en volgt duidelijke dagelijkse procedures, zodat je weet wat er gedaan moet worden.

Je werkt op twee ploegen: 06:00–14:30 en 14:30–23:00, van maandag tot en met vrijdag en twee zaterdagen per maand. Je ontvangt een brutoloon van €15,91 per uur inclusief ADV, met duidelijke toeslagen en een gratis maaltijd tijdens elke dienst.

Responsibilities

Love food and teamwork? Join us as a Packer and help pack mouth-watering meals in a clean and organized workspace. Work with a great team, enjoy delicious dishes, and have fun while you work.

As a Packer on the packaging line, you help make sure that meals are packed neatly, correctly, and with care. You work together with a friendly team and follow clear daily steps, so you always know what to do. You pack a variety of meals, from Asian dishes to Dutch favorites. The workplace smells nice, but it is kept cold to make sure the food stays fresh.

Your tasks include:

• Helping with simple quality checks
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Packing meals into the correct containers
• Checking that meals are complete and look neat
• Working together with your team on the line

You work in two shifts: 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00. You work from Monday to Friday and twice a month on Saturday.

Wat wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage of € 15.91 including ADV
• 33% shift allowance from Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 23:00
• 35% shift allowance on Saturdays
• Travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer from 10 km, up to a maximum of 19 km one way and € 8.20 per day
• After 2 months, you receive a permanent salary increase of 3% on top of your gross hourly wage
