Job summary

Booston.io in Weert zoekt een Staging Packer die nauwkeurig inspecteert, verpakt en klaarmaakt voor verzending. Je werkt in een snelle logistieke omgeving waar aandacht voor detail cruciaal is om kwaliteitszorg en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

Je taken omvatten inspectie op kwaliteit en schade, correcte labeling, rapportage van afwijkingen en het verplaatsen van goederen met EPT of stacker. De rol is fulltime en biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis en ervaring in logistiek.
• Goede beheersing van Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Computer- en TMSystem-vaardigheden (bijv. SAP) vereist.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van items op kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en schade.
• Verpakken van producten en correct labelen.
• Schade, ontbrekende of verkeerde items melden in het systeem.
• Verplaatsen van verpakte goederen naar staging of dock met EPT/stacker.

As a Staging Packer you are playing a key role in delivering quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring every order is accurately inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment. Join a fast-paced logistics team where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help keep operations running smoothly and customers happy. Your key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting items for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing


• Packing products safely and apply correct labels


• Reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items in the system


• Moving packed goods to the staging or dock area using EPT or stacker

Working hours

Working hours: The work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 - 15:00


• 15:00 - 00:00

Wat wij vragen

• Basic knowledge and experience in logistics


• Good command of English, both spoken and written


• Computer skills (TMS systems, e.g., SAP, and Microsoft Office 365)


• Previous experience operating an electric pallet truck and/ or stacker - we can help you get certified

• Gross monthly salary: € 2.2721 - € 2.888


• IKB allowance of € 0.39 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00


• 8% holiday allowance


• 130% pay for work Monday to Friday between 18:00-00:00


• 150% pay on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays


• Full-time, 38-40 hours per week
