Job summary

Een vooruitstrevend bedrijf zoekt een enthousiaste Packer voor hun Superstore in Amsterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het sorteren en verpakken van chocolade, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten hun favoriete lekkernijen in perfecte staat ontvangen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met een geweldig team dat zich inzet voor het beëindigen van uitbuiting in de cacao-industrie. Dit is een kans om niet alleen deel uit te maken van een positieve verandering, maar ook om elke dag omringd te zijn door chocolade en plezier te hebben in je werk!

Qualifications

• Je houdt van teamwork en maakt mensen graag blij.

Job description

We are looking for a Packer to join our Superstore in Amsterdam! The #1 goal of this role is to raise the bar by making the packing station efficient, with less disruptions and more quality output. In addition, you will make sure our Choco fans receive their favourite chocolate in the typical Tony’s style every month. You will be working in a work environment where hygiene and tidiness are at top level and be part of team Unlimiteds reporting to the Unlimiteds Captain.

Ready to raise the bar with us? Here’s what you’ll do:

• Sorting - You’ll sort out the bars for our monthly subscription Chocolate Club.
• Packing – You’ll need to fold the boxes for the chocolate club and put in two bars, a club magazine, and a gift.
• Quality – We want to make our fans smile, so it’s important that the box looks great. You’ll be responsible for the quality of the final shipped product.
• Scanning – The final product needs to be scanned and made ready for shipment.

What we’re looking for:

• You like working in a team; you’re a true team player that likes making people smile.
• You can speak fluently in English; being fluent in Dutch is not a must.
• You see yourself in Tony's core values (outspoken, wilful, entrepreneurial, and makes you smile) and believe wholeheartedly in our commitment to end exploitation in cocoa.
• You are based in the Netherlands and have a valid work permit.
• You’re comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and like to do things differently.

Hard facts:

• You are keen to join us with a 0-hour contract; we’ll keep you busy from 2 to 4 days a week (15 hours a week minimum).
• This job requires some physical effort, and most of the work will be done standing, so some level of physical fitness is necessary.
• Working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 or from 11:00 to 19:00.
• At least one weekend workday is expected.
• Hourly rate: 13.67 EUR/hour.
