Jobster zoekt een verpakkingsoperator voor de productie in Etten-Leur. Je houdt de verpakkingslijn draaiende, bewaakt de productkwaliteit en volgt veiligheidsvoorschriften.

De functie kent een praktische, hands-on benadering in een teamgerichte omgeving met een duidelijk 3-ploegenschema. Je werkt mee aan het waarborgen van efficiënte verpakkingsprocessen, tijdige levering van materialen en naleving van kwaliteitsnormen.

Qualifications

• Bereidheid tot het werken in een 3-ploegendienst.
• Aandacht voor veiligheid en hygiëne.
• Nauwkeurigheid en ordelijk werken.

Responsibilities

• Neem productmonsters en lever ze bij de kwaliteitsafdeling voor inspectie.
• Geef duidelijke instructies aan het productie-team over kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid.
• Houd het verpakkingsproces in de gaten en zorg voor een soepele uitvoering.
• Houd de werkomgeving schoon, georganiseerd en veilig.
• Voorkom vertragingen en minimaliseer stilstand tijdens de productie.

Join the team as a Packaging Operator and play an important role in the production process. You keep the packaging line running smoothly, monitor product quality, and make sure safety procedures are followed. You'll have a hands-on role with responsibility, teamwork, and a clear 3-shift schedule. Ready for a new challenge?

As a Packaging Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You make sure packaging machines operate efficiently, materials are available on time, and products are packaged according to the required quality standards. With your attention to detail and focus on safety, you help maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized production environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Take product samples and deliver them to the quality department for inspection
• Provide clear instructions and support to the production team regarding quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Monitor the packaging process and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Help prevent delays and minimize downtime during production

You work Monday to Friday in a rotating 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 to 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00

€3.402 per maand
