Job summary

Start People in Breda is seeking a packaging operator to support efficient candy production on our modern lines. You will set up and run lines, monitor processes, and tackle minor technical issues while contributing to improvements in efficiency.

We offer a three-shift, full-time role with growth potential, salary between €3,500 and €3,700 per month, and a strong focus on safety and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator, ideally in packaging processes.
• Interest in technology and process optimization.
• Accurate, physically active, and technically skilled.
• Full-time availability in a three-shift system.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.
